Tour on your own, when you want!

Announcing a new way to tour homes at our three RM Homes communities: Self Tour is now available!

Self Tour is a new program that allows you access to move-in ready homes to tour when you want, how you want. If your schedule means you can only tour limited days or hours, such as in the morning or evening, Self Tour lets you tour when you want. If you prefer to tour alone so you can maintain social distancing, or so you have more time to think, Self Tour lets you tour on your own.

How does Self Tour work?
There are now smartlocks on select move-in ready homes at Harbour Crossing, Lake Stickney Parkway and Stratton Crest. Contact us for the details, and then you can use the Self Tour smartlocks to enter select move-in ready homes on your own, at your convenience.

Our move-in ready homes are brand new and sparkling clean for you. We require that each guest wear a mask while inside our homes. In the entry of our move-in ready homes, we provide hand sanitizer and other protective gear for you, or you can bring and use your own. Homes are sanitized on a regular basis with an emphasis on frequent touchpoints like doorknobs and keypads.

If you would prefer a guided tour, our community sales managers are available by appointment. Same day tours are available Friday through Tuesday 11 to 5. Our move-in ready homes are also on keybox so you can tour with your broker by appointment at your convenience.
